Terms of Use

The conditions for using the Raven Smart DNS website.

Last updated:

1. Website and scope

These Terms of Use apply to the Raven Smart DNS website operated by Partian.co ("we", "us", or "our"). They explain the conditions on which you may access and use this website. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

These terms concern the public website only. They do not constitute a software licence, purchase agreement, service-level commitment, or support contract. Any purchase, evaluation, deployment, or use of Raven products is subject to the separate terms agreed for that product or service.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the website, share links to its public pages, and use its information to evaluate Raven or contact our team. You may retain reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation, provided that copyright and attribution notices remain intact.

You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, impersonate another person, or bypass access restrictions. Security testing that could affect this website or its users requires our prior written authorisation, except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

Website text, graphics, branding, designs, and other protected material belong to Partian.co or their respective rights holders. Except for the limited use described above, permissions expressly granted by a rights holder, or uses allowed by applicable law, you may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit that material without permission.

Raven and Partian.co names and logos may not be used in a way that misrepresents ownership, affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licence terms; these terms do not override an applicable open-source licence.

Intellectual property rights are reserved under applicable Iranian law, including relevant copyright, software protection, and electronic commerce legislation. Protection outside Iran depends on the laws of the relevant jurisdiction and any treaties that actually apply to the work and rights holder. These terms do not assert automatic worldwide protection or treaty coverage where eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Product information and demonstrations

The website provides general product information. Screenshots, animations, sample dashboards, and simulated telemetry are illustrative; they are not a live view of a customer system or a guarantee of performance. Actual behaviour depends on the product version, configuration, environment, and applicable agreement.

We aim to keep information accurate but may correct or update it. Confirm specifications and commercial commitments with our team before relying on them for a purchase or deployment. Website content does not amend an existing written agreement.

5. Contact and submitted information

When contacting us, provide information you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential customer data, or sensitive production logs through general contact channels. Contacting us does not itself create a purchase, support, or confidentiality agreement.

These terms do not serve as a privacy notice or ask you to consent to unspecified data processing. Any handling of personal information remains subject to applicable legal requirements.

7. Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update, or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or compliance with law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Information on this website is provided for general evaluation, rather than as advice tailored to your environment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional warranties for website information or accept liability for losses arising solely from reliance on illustrative content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer rights, or limits an express obligation in a separate agreement.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, subject to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Relevant Iranian laws apply to electronic communications and intellectual property where their requirements are satisfied.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent either party from seeking a lawful remedy. Where a dispute remains unresolved, jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not impose arbitration or waive mandatory rights to a competent court.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and changing the date below. Please review them when returning to the website. Revisions apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law and do not retrospectively alter rights or obligations under a separate agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
